Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:
  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed for shipping.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us at info@happybuddy.co.in with your order details.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns:

We accept returns within 72 hours of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is provided.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@happybuddy.co.in with your order details.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery cannot be returned.
  • Products bought on sale or as part of a promotional offer are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.
Refunds:
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
  • Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • COD handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Missing Items:
  • If you receive a damaged product or your order is missing items, please contact us at info@happybuddy.co.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may request photographs of the damaged product to assess the issue and process a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery:
  • If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the order will be returned to us.
  • A re-shipping fee will apply if the customer requests re-delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds:
  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please check with your bank or payment provider.
