Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed for shipping.
- To cancel an order, please contact us at info@happybuddy.co.in with your order details.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns:
We accept returns within 72 hours of delivery, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is provided.
- To initiate a return, contact us at info@happybuddy.co.in with your order details.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery cannot be returned.
- Products bought on sale or as part of a promotional offer are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
- Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- COD handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Missing Items:
- If you receive a damaged product or your order is missing items, please contact us at info@happybuddy.co.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- We may request photographs of the damaged product to assess the issue and process a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery:
- If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the order will be returned to us.
- A re-shipping fee will apply if the customer requests re-delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please check with your bank or payment provider.
